We are a small private community of passionate professional impact makers titled: "Mastermind for Impact Makers." We meet every two weeks, for one hour, to share tips, tricks, insights and challenges with a compassionate and supportive group. Our purpose: to impact the world in a positive way and to create change that builds a better future for people around the world.
During the 1-hour immersive dialogue (every 2 weeks on Wednesday, 12pm EST), everyone has the opportunity to share. For those that have an extra big challenge, we even host 10-minute "hotseats" where a member of our group has the opportunity to share their challenge and get honest feedback from everyone in the group. We provide a welcoming space that also challenges one another to think critically outside the box. Maybe there are things we hadn't considered before...this group is the perfect way to bring new ideas out without the fear of having our ideas stolen or criticized while also gaining new ideas into the mix. Some arenas and examples of conversations may include, but are not limited to: the Future of Work, Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Environmental Impact, Healthcare, and global Diversity/Inclusion. More specifically, we may share our fundraising journey, staffing challenges, or internal leadership concerns, etc.
