By completing this form you will reserve your free ticket for the private tented and fenced area exclusively provided for military members and their dependents at the Supergirl Surf Pro event, Jacksonville Beach Pier/Seawalk Pavilion. The military appreciation area will include complimentary snacks and beverages, tables, chairs and a shaded area to relax. This registration is open to all MWR eligible patrons. Valid military ID required to redeem your ticket upon entry.
