Complaints Policy for the Manicuring/Nail Technology Program.

Central Carolina Community College values its students and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any student concerns. Complaints regarding an individual course or an instructor should first be addressed with the instructor. Unresolved complaints about an instructor should be directed to Ms. Susan Johnson, Cosmetic Arts Department Chair, at sjohn953@cccc.edu or (910) 814-8871. Unresolved complaints about the Program Director should be directed to Dr. Lisa Johnson, Dean of Health Sciences and Human Services, at lbaker@cccc.edu, or (919) 777-7784.  All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility.
