We understand, as parents/guardians of the applicant, that in the event of an accident or medical emergency, our child may be brought directly to a hospital or clinic while efforts are being made to contact us.  

We agree that pictures of our child may appear in photos of the classes or activities that may be used for publicity purposes.

We agree to provide lunch and drinks for our child each day of the summer session.

We understand the expectation to pick our child up on time, and we understand the late pick-up charges detailed on the school website including the fee.
