As a valued member of the CCSD Family, the Office of Communications, would like to recognize your service to the students and families of CCSD.

Please utilize this form to let the Office of Communications know if you are retiring between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024. In doing so, we can better ensure you receive timely information about the district's annual CCSD Retirement Banquet to be held on May 28, 2024, as well as information about all parties that need to be aware of and receive official communication and/or paperwork about your intention to retire (i.e. SC PEBA, CCSD Human Resources, your direct supervisor, etc.).

Please note: This form does not replace formally notifying the CCSD Department of Human Resources, SC PEBA, or your supervisor. It serves as an additional means of collection to capture all employees who intend to retire and to better help ensure everyone is properly recognized for their contributions to our students and the district.
