DASS-21 is a quantitative measure of distress along the three related states of depression, anxiety and stress. You should have received and completed a DASS-21 survey at the beginning of the Semester. If you wish to evaluate your results with our counsellor and are interested in mental health education, you are encouraged to join us in the workshop to understand yourself more.
