The final session will be an easy group run as we begin our taper for the big day. Lot's of nutrition and pre-race day tips will be shared by the experienced coaches.
What to bring for running:
1. Running shoes
2. Running top/shorts
3. Running sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
4. Water bottle
What to bring for cycling:
1. Bike
2. Cycling shoes/shoes for cycling
3. Helmet (compulsory)
4. Sunglasses (optional, if preferred)
5. Water bottle
6. Bicycle repair kit (optional, but recommended)
Each participant must fill up this form using their own email address and own particulars.
