~Space Options
   ~under pavilion with 2 8 ft tables supplied $40
   ~outside of pavilion 10 ft by 10 ft space (you supply tables and chairs) $30
~Rain, snow or shine event
~Set up begins at 8:30 am
~We ask all vendors to stay for the duration of the event
~Electric is available but very sparse. You can note below if you would like electric but we cannot guarantee everyone will have it.
~This is an event for crafters. We may allow a few business vendors but we are looking to be 75% handmade items
~After registration is submitted you will receive an invoice through Square. You do not need a square account to pay the invoice. You can pay with any credit or debit card.
~Once the invoice is paid you will be listed below as a confirmed vendors. You can check back here. Payments are usually updated within 48 hours of receiving payment.
~Once payment is made there are no refunds for any reason
~Advertising will be done on social media, paid promotional ads, yard signs, fliers etc.

Please keep in mind that Events by Jennifer Lynn nor Jennifer Smith are not responsible if you do not make any sales, low foot traffic or for any other reason the event does not meet your personal expectations. We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help  spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
