EM 2024 Incident Response
The Incident Response Form will be the way the Incident Response Committee (IRC) receives complaints of violations of the WESST Code of Conduct or any other complaints about EM 2024.

This form can be filled out by either victims or witnesses of incidents that need to be brought to the IRC's attention. This form can be filled out anonymously, however anonymous submission may affect how well the IRC will be able to respond to the incident in question.

The Committee is responsible for addressing any incident within 4 hours of report submission if the report is submitted between 8am and 8pm. If the report is submitted outside of that time, the incident shall be addressed by noon the following day.

Please be aware that the IRC is NOT a replacement for 911, and the proper services should be used to respond to any criminal activity, medical emergencies, or other emergencies.
