The Westword Music Showcase returns, to the Mission Ballroom Grounds on Saturday, September 10, 2022!

Event Times: Doors at 12pm
Event End: 11:00pm

Volunteer Check-In Time: Volunteers are responsible for showing up 30 minutes prior to their scheduled shift time to fill out necessary paperwork and prepare for their shift.

The Westword Music Showcase volunteer opportunity is a full outdoor experience. Please make sure to be prepared to work in these conditions for the entirety of your shift. The Westword Music Showcase is a RAIN or SHINE event. Please check your local weather prior to the event to make sure you are dressed appropriately.

Westword will Provide the following:
- Volunteer Wristband (must be removed at conclusion of volunteer shift)
- Volunteer Lanyard (must be returned to supervisor at conclusion of volunteer shift)
- Volunteer T-Shirt (must be returned to supervisor at conclusion of volunteer shift)
- (1) GA Westword Music Showcase Ticket

Volunteer to Provide:
- Signed Volunteer Waiver and Liability Form (we will email this out)
- Valid license with 18+ age verification
- Comfortable/Closed toed walking shoes
- Sunscreen/sun protective wear (sunglasses, hat, etc.)
- Food and snacks
