MSU Extension is challenging you to focus on your well-being this winter and WIN!

Starting November 23, a new wellness challenge will be released with a short YouTube video and tools to meet the challenge. This is a free program and open to all, regardless of residence. Prizes will be drawn from those who submit a record of completion for the challenge.

These wellness challenges will be released on Facebook, email and through e-newsletters. If you need accommodations to participate, please contact Katelyn Andersen.
