Kindly fill out this form if you're interested in volunteering for this year's annual golf tournament. The event will take place on September 15, 2023, at Burns Park Golf Course in North Little Rock. Registration is scheduled to commence at 12:00 PM, followed by the official start of the tournament at 1:00 PM. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Registration/Check In. Duties include: Check in each player, ask for day of donation from each player, hand out registration bags, give each player a raffle ticket.

Competitive Hole. Duties include: Keep count of each team, sale the opportunity to win prizes, keep track of all extra hits.

Photographer. Duties include: Take photos pre, during, and post tournament. Shots needed: each team, various in-motion shots, winning teams

Beverage cart - MUST BE 21+ to drive beverage cart. Duties include: After players have been on course for 1 hour or more, drive cart around course to offer drinks (no charge)
