Membership plans are only refundable if

1) Purchased within 1 month
And
2) Unused

If used or after 1 month, the plan can only be transferable, not refundable.

*KrossLine will retain 5% of the plan fee due to the processing commission.*

2）从未使用过

如果不符合任何一个条件，套餐只能转让不能退款。
