Please fill out the order form below & the Office Manager will send you a confirmation, your total based on the price list, and payment instructions within 24 hours. Next day pick up is fine, but only Mon, Tues, Wed pickup days between 9 AM and 1 PM are available outside the Central Office at 155 N. College Ave in Fort Collins. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ORDER FORM FOR SAME DAY ORDERS, YOU CAN CALL OR COME into THE OFFICE.
