​September 6th, 2024 will be an incredible time to gather for the most beautiful Craft Beer Festival along the shores of Lake Minnetonka! The area's largest festival - James J Hill Days (average attendance over 80,000 people for the weekend) begins on Friday, September 6th.  Rails & Ales is from 5-9 pm so the timing on Friday lines up with the headlining act playing the Beach Bash, Lake Street Stage and the Lake Street Carnival - literally the hub of Wayzata and all the activity that night!

We provide:

  • The People (approximately 600 attended 2023) PLUS the volunteers to assist in setup and teardown

  • The Sampling Glasses

  • Music

  • Games

  • Ice

  • Tables

  • Hands-down the most scenic backdrop for a Craft Beer Festival

You Provide:

  • Your awesome, incredible, craft-brewed goodness

  • Tent that is branded and looks super legit

  • Listing of what you'll be pouring (sent to us week-of the event)

  • Representative(s) to pour your brews

The certificate should provide evidence that the Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce is included as an additional insured for General Liability coverage *
