Project Description
This phased project will design and install a new 2,000 ton electric chiller and related appurtenances in the Yarbrough Central Utility Plant, and will design and construct the maximum shell area for the chiller room in the Cates Avenue Steam Plant . Note that this designer RFQ is for one design team to service two separate, related projects.

Project Scope
The total project budgets of $1,470,939 and $15,000,000 respectively, incorporate design fees, commissioning fees, reimbursable expenses, construction and associated construction costs. The projects are currently funded at $1,470,939and $750,000, respectively to start design.
