Per Alumni Benefits announcement, Google has announced significant changes to the services they provide to the School and Museum which in effect limits the ability of alumni to access the Service Bureau’s Digital Storefront.
We are in the process of developing alternative workflows for alumni access but for the time being are not able to accept orders from users that have lost their SAIC email accounts.
