This form will serve as a guide for cafeteria staff to know how much food to prepare. Please complete a form for each student you have enrolled in the Oxford Public School District. This form must be completed on a weekly basis. Form submission is due Wednesday of each week for the following weeks MEAL PICK-UP ONLY.
Form due date: Wednesday by 12:00 p.m. (noon). MEAL PICK-UP Daily from 8:30 to 10:30 at Oxford High School by the Gymnasium Door.
Please note families not eligible for fee meals will be responsible for payment please go to
myschoolbucks.com to add money to your child's account. You may call the food service office at 508-987-6056 to obtain your child's student ID.
