LGD Puppy Application
Please fill out this application to the best of your ability. We have this application to help us find the best fit for our puppies and to help you find a puppy that best suits your needs. The majority of our puppies go to working homes, however there may be some in a litter that are more suited to being a companion dog. We make no promises about the availability of companion puppies. All puppies will come with a contract and health guarantee, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines and deworming. You can place a deposit hold on a puppy when they are four weeks old, starting October 3rd. Puppies will be available to go to their new homes when they are 12 weeks old on or after November 28th. Waitlisting is available. This application does not guarantee that you will get a puppy, and we reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason.
