–– TIMELINE | SCOPE OF WORK ––
• Artist will have the final sketch approved before proceeding with finishing the commission.
• Once the sketch has been approved, major revisions will no longer be entertained.
• Each commissioned piece may take about 2-3 weeks to finish to accommodate the Artist's schedule (unless stated otherwise in a discussion between the Artist and the Client or under the description of the commission type)
• Full process and waitlist can be viewed on the Artist's Queue via Trello for full transparency. (unavailable for now)
• Rush jobs are currently not available.

–– PAYMENT ––
• Artist will require 70% of the payment upfront, before sketching.
• The other 30% of the payment will be required after the image has been fully rendered, before the Artist can send the high resolution file.
• Clients have the option to pay 100% upfront.
• Commission details must be discussed and finalized before payment.
• Client accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Artist.
• Mode of payments include PayPal (for international clients), and GCash and BDO Bank Transfer (for local clients).
• Local clients may still use PayPal.
• Payment made through Crypto and NFT use will not be recognized.
• Strictly no refunds, unless Artist is unable to continue your commission.

–– PRODUCT DELIVERY ––
• Client agrees that Product will be delivered digitally, after the final payment has been received by the Artist.
• Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Client is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
• It is sole responsibility of Client to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Artist cannot be held accountable for Client's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Artist.
• Upon delivery of the product, it is the Client's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Artist. Artist can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Client lost their files.

–– REVISIONS ––
• Clients will be allowed 2 minor revisions or 1 major revision for free.
• Succeeding major revisions (depending on the requested edits) will require a fee.
• Minor revisions (such as adjusting colors for minor parts) may still be entertained after Commission has been completed.

–– COPYRIGHT | REPRODUCTION ––
• Artist reserves the right to claim the commission as their own and to use it on their social media pages / portfolio.
• Client may not claim the art as theirs or to post without proper credit.
• The commissioned piece is strictly for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Commercial use of art (eg: reproduction, publication, distribution) will warrant its own contract.

–– REFUND ––
• Client has the right to request for refund if there has not been communication, progress or updates from the Artist for 2 months. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

–– CANCELLATION ––
• Artist reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Client.
• Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Artist will have full right to refuse any service to the Client in the future.
