I understand that Media Passes must be displayed by the authorized holder at all times during the applicable HCS athletic event. Credentialed media members must carry a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, Georgia ID Card, passport) with them at all times. *
I understand that Media Passes must be returned to the designated representative of the home school at the conclusion of the athletic event. Individuals, and their affiliated media organizations, will be denied entry into future HCS athletic contests if assigned Media Passes  are not returned to the appropriate person at the conclusion of the athletic contest.

I understand that  Media Passes do not grant the authorized holder access to team locker rooms or any other areas not open to the public, before, during, or after games, matches, or events *
I understand that individuals and/or media organizations that violate the HCS Media Access Policy and lose access to Media Passes at one school lose access to Media Passes at all HCS schools. *
I understand that HCS events are clear bag only. Bags and Bookbags carrying cameras and recording equipment will not be allowed unless they are clear and meet the requirements set forth by HCS Safety and Security division. *
I understand that members of Recognized Vetted Media Organizations and Not Established Media members requesting "Game Day Media Passes" will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be required to first be "credentialed" by attending and completing a one-time orientation session on game day rules and approved locations for shooting photos and/or recording video.  HCS reserves the right to deny Media Passes to individuals who do not complete an orientation/training session, when required. The applicant will not notified of the orientation session details if required to complete. *
By accepting HCS sporting events coverage credentials, you agree to assume all risks and liability. • Ensure that your stay within designated parameters for media. (outside of coaching box, away from under goals/goal posts, non-team side for soccer/lacrosse and other areas deemed team/coach only spaces) • Maintain situational awareness (pay attention, balls are flying, athletes are running, fans are walking around…) • Do not harass, demand, yell at, or disrespect coaches or athletes. • Do not stalk or harass athletes

By submitting this form, You acknowledge and assume the risk of any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, theft, damage to person or property, or other consequences arising or resulting directly or indirectly from your presence on the Sidelines, including but not limited to claims arising from or related to Henry County Schools’ negligence, in whole or in part, and waive, release, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless and defend Henry County Schools from, and agree that you, your spouse, assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attach the property of Henry County Schools for any loss or damage arising out of or related to your presence on the Sidelines. In assuming the risk, you acknowledged that you are releasing Henry County Schools from any and all liability arising out of such activities.
