2024 Ride Up Grades @ Trek Road Bike Camp
Trek is continuing their commitment to youth cycling by hosting another year of Ride Up Grades road cycling camp - now at their East Side location! Thank you to our other supporters: SRAM, Ostroy, Roy's and our community donors.

League of American Bicyclists Certified Cycling Instructors and Coaches will teach young riders how to use road bicycles provided by Trek. Riders with their own road bikes are welcome to use them! Shifting gears, riding hills, and safely sharing the road will all be covered along with basic bike maintenance, endurance nutrition and the bigger concepts of teamwork, self-determination, integrity and confidence. Campers learn to group ride farther than ever before!

Drills are performed in an enclosed park environment before we move onto bike lanes. Riders in past years have cycled about 150 miles over the course of camp. In the past we've worked with personal trainers, nutrition coaches and yoga instructors to bring varied experience to the program.
