Honoured Supporter Award Nomination

Join us in recognizing the leadership and important role of philanthropists in our community. Nominations will be accepted from organizations who wish to recognize an individual, family, service club, business or family foundation that has provided an important gift of time, expertise and resources to your organization. Please note, organizations may submit one nomination in each category: Honoured Supporter Award and Youth in Philanthropy Award.

Every nominee will be recognized at our 2023 National Philanthropy Day Awards Luncheon (November 16, 2023 at Prairieland Park), within printed programs and materials, and upon an engraved award.

Guidelines:

1. Nominee's will have contributed significantly to the success of your organization and the community it serves.

2. The nominating organization must submit this online nomination form and also submit a high resolution photograph of the nominee by e-mail to sacha.tegenkamp@usask.ca no later than September 25, 2023. This photo will be included in the printed program and power point at the event.

3. The National Philanthropy Day Committee has the right to edit your nomination statement for use in the recipient program.

4. Organizations may submit one nomination in each category: Honoured Supporter Award and Youth in Philanthropy Award.

5. Nominating organizations are NOT required to be members of the AFP Saskatoon Chapter.

6. Past award recipients are eligible if they are nominated by a different organization or
have been previously recognized by the same nominating organization more than five years prior.

7. Non-profits are encouraged to collaborate and submit co-nominations to celebrate
deserving honouree(s). If a nominee is being recognized by two organizations in the same year, NPD committee may work with both nominating organizations on a co- nomination.
