Thank you for your interest in joining the Supporters Club as a Community Member. 

NOTES FOR MEMBERS

Voting Members: As part of our OLGR and Austrac Obligations, all Peregian Beach SLSC Voting Members (Active Senior, Active Reserve, Long Service, and Life Members) who want to use the Supporters Club are granted automatic membership. However, you MUST complete this form as the Peregian Beach Surf Life Saving Supporters Club Inc. is a separate entity (you won't receive an invoice, we just need to collect your details).

All other members over the age of 18: We would love to welcome you to the Supporters Club. Please complete this form and make sure to click submit.

The annual membership fee is $125.00. or Free for Active PBSLSC Members. If you aren't an active member of PBSLSC we will send you an invoice with payment information afterwards.

All Members agree to abide by the Peregian Beach SLS Supporters Club constitution and QLD Government Licensing Regulations. Further members agree to abide by Club rules and reasonable direction from staff.
