Thank you for your interest in volunteering!  We need over 100 volunteers to run smooth events and appreciate the enthusiasm that everyone brings!

Volunteer opportunities for 2020:

Scrimmage - January 23, 2020 - This will be on a weekday evening and we will hope to include dinner (sponsors always needed!).  There may be a one hour training call over lunch the week prior.

Competition - February 22, 2020 - We need the majority to attend from 7 to 8am through approximately noon and then we will begin to release some volunteers.  This supports our format of round robin play in the morning with all teams playing multiple matches and the afternoon switches to a double elimination format.  Some volunteers stay all day because they have so much fun!  New for 2020, we may also need volunteers to help with learning opportunities for students.  Thanks to our sponsors we have been able to provide lunch and a t-shirt for volunteers at the competition in past years.  Training will be held one of two evenings approximately the week prior to the event.  We hope to provide dinner at training.  

Competition Setup - February 21, 2020 - A small number of volunteers can help on Friday to set up for the main event.

Competition Tear Down - February 22, 2020 -  A small number of volunteers could volunteer for after lunch on Saturday to help with tear down.
