Feedback: LGBT+ Inclusion & BSUH Rainbow Lanyards & Pin Badges
NHS rainbow badges & lanyards were introduced in September 2018. Goal: improve knowledge and reduce health inequalities (improve health & wellbeing of LGBTQ+ staff, patients, visitors and their friends/families/allies). Project resources: pledge sheet; lanyards; pins;  listening tables; online resources; posters; gender and sexual diversities workshops. What is feedback for? Hear about the effect it has had on culture, wellbeing and inclusion, develop next steps and see if there are other things we can do to help LGBTQ+ people feel included, valued and safe while working at BSUH and using our services. Thank you for your time. Olivia King, BSUH Equality Advisor.
