3. Create an online searchable database of groups and an events calendar on the parish council's website.
The purpose of this form is to gather information to share with local residents, about the diverse range of groups, clubs, societies, activities and organisations on offer in our village.
No personal data will be shared publicly in either the booklet or online without your express permission.
At the editor's discretion, a summary listing will appear in the local directory of groups and group details will be available on the parish council's website, where it will be possible to submit edits and events for the calendar as and when required.
