2021 IBBA Conference | Registration Change Request Form
Please use this form to add to, modify or cancel an existing IBBA Conference and/or IBBA Course registration.  By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to the Change and Cancellation Terms below.  If you need to change an M&A Source registration please contact education@masource.org.

If you are purchasing an additional item, it will be added to your registration and the credit card that you provided at the time of registration will be charged.  You will be sent a confirmation email receipt.

If you are due a refund, it will be processed back to the credit card used for your initial registration.

IBBA Conference & Course Change and Cancellation Terms
All additions, changes or cancellation requests for Conference or Course registrations must be made via this Registration Change Request Form. Additions, changes and cancellations received via phone or email will not be accepted.

You may add an IBBA Conference Pass, Guest Pass and/or IBBA Course to your existing registration by using this form at any time without an additional fee.  The applicable retail rates in effect upon the date of your form submission will be used to calculate your cost.  Visit www.ibbaconference.com for the current Conference and Course price information.

IBBA Conference registration cancellation requests submitted on or before September 30, 2021 will be refunded, less a $25.00 USD processing fee. No refunds or credits will be issued for Conference registration cancellations received after September 30, 2021.  Conference registrations are non-transferable to other people or events.

IBBA Course registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Registration Change Request Form is received on or before September 30, 2021.  Course registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds or credits will be issued for course registration cancellations received after September 30, 2021, but fees may be credited to courses at the 2022 Conference and must be used at that time.

IBBA Guest pass registrations are refundable, less a $25.00 USD processing fee, if the Registration Change Request Form is received on or before September 30, 2021. Guest pass registrations are non-transferable to other people or events. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received after September 30, 2021.
