Holiday Party 2019 - 'Mobile 8' Reservation Form

Please fill out the form below for EACH KEG that you want to serve through our 'Mobile 8' draft system. The system includes ball lock(Corny Keg) beer and gas fittings, so you will not need anything else to dispense your beer. However, you might want to put your keg into a brew bucket full of ice (or insulate it thoroughly) if you want to keep your beer cold.

Please make sure your keg is CLEARLY LABELED with YOUR NAME and the BEER NAME. We will have a whiteboard or tin tacker next to it, to write your beer details on.
