Welcome to Santuario de San Antonio Parish Membership Registration.

Registration is a declaration that you are connected with the Parish. Those who attend Mass in SSAP whether physically or online, those who participate and/or support our Parish activities – through their time, talent or treasure – are considered members of the Parish family.

Registration will also enable the Parish to connect with you for Parish updates, activities and programs. You need not live in the surrounding community of the Parish to be considered a member.  

Please also encourage your family members to register. Please fill-up one form per person.

DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT

In compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the data collected and to be retained by the Parish, shall only be used for its intended purpose, which is to collect information for Parish Membership. The data shall only be accessed by authorized persons of SSAP and shall be retained for database purposes.
