如未能於計劃期限內完成活動時數；或未能服務指定參加者群體；或未能準時繳交活動報告；或未能完成任何其他計劃之要求，本會將保留向機構收取贊助球具之費用、或收回贈送之球拍並追收租借費用的權力。
If the organization cannot fulfil the program requirement (e.g. cannot fulfil the service hours, or not able to serve the service groups, or did not submit the report on time, or any other requirements), HKFBA shall reserve the right to charge the cost of the sponsored equipment, or take back the equipment and charge the rental cost.
