Please complete this application to enroll in our Books for Educators Program which provides educators with 25 books for classroom use.

**You must be an educator in a K-12th Public School in Dane County to qualify for this program**

If you are an early childhood educator or work in a private or independent school, please contact deirdre@madisonreadingproject.com if you would like to request books for your classroom.

You can receive books one time in the 2023-2024 school year.

We will confirm your enrollment in this program within 7 business days via email. Your confirmation email will provide information on how and when you can receive books. Please add programming@madisonreadingproject.com to your contact list and check your spam for our emails!
