Rumble 2024 Management Team Registration
Thank-you for your interest to be involved in the inner workings of Rumble - Please note that Rumble is DRUG and ALCOHOL FREE.. and yet there is plenty of hot and sweaty fun, plus mud.. and fire.. and chilling out.. and moving.. and dancing.. and being in nature.. and all those good things you heard about Rumble!

Rumble 2024 will happen over 2 separate weekends and ideally you'd join us for both weekends.

💜 Rumble Part 1 Dates:
Set up : Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st July
Rumble festival Part 1 : Thursday 1st - Monday 5th August

💜 Rumble Part 2 Dates:
Set up : Wednesday August 7th
Community Evening : Wednesday August 7th 
Rumble Festival Part 2 : Thursday 8th - Monday 12th August
Pack Down : Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th August

Total numbers at Rumble are around 200 each weekend, camping in a small field, sharing a nice hall for dancing, a few bigger marquees and indoor showers.. It's a simple venue - Rumble is about community and being together, connecting with all we love - There's a lovely little campfire and a sauna too..

We could and would not dream of Rumbling without a great team of responsible, practical, caring, thoughtful, creative, (slightly bonkers) humans to come and work (and play) together to make it all possible.. Yehooo!

Our management roles cover various areas including Catering, Site team, Registration, Volunteer management and Programming and if you are interested to be involved in any of these areas, then please fill in this form and we'll soon be in touch.. We do have a small budget for the managing team as they are needing to be committed and hard working, though I think it's fair to say we are all in it for the love.. Thank-you X 💜

Our vision for Rumble - A little vision of the festival itself..
A shared experience of reconnecting with friends, family and fellow dancing feet, welcoming all that we bring, offering each other space, time and support through living together in community.

Guided and held by a small crew of heartfelt teachers, artists, space holders, musicians and volunteers, we are invited to explore, move and connect - and to witness and nourish the journey together.

The teams!
💜  Registration Revellers
Managing the team that welcomes everyone to the event and ensures they have all they need and know about safety, programme, site info etc.. Taking payments, sharing information, communication with other teams and areas..

💜  Slinky Site Managers
Site is all about lighting, security, showers, moving tables and chairs, ensuring people know where they are, where to park and what they’re doing.. (except of course if they don’t)..

💜  Cosmic Crew Managers
Supporting and managing the Volunteer or crew teams that cover all the teams listed above - this includes rotaring, shifts, general support and ensuring our crew have all they need.. and we have them!

💜  Catering Managers
Supporting crew members in the kitchen / serving food / helping prep, staff kitchen.. everything involving food. In fact the way this works will depend on the chef, which we have yet to confirm, so stay tuned..

💜  Finance Systems and Buying
Helping to ensure any staff using iZettle are happy and trained, plus putting daily orders through for delivery and checking in with team managers to ensure they have what they need on order

💜  Sound and Lights
Have you got sound engineering skills? - Oh do please enquire if you do..

💜  Media Munchkins
Are you a media hound? - Do u love taking great pics and posting them with relevant and useful hashtags and all that jazz?

💜  Fire Keepers
Lighting, keeping, treating, warming and tending to our lovely campfires - and ideally singing songs while you're there

💜  Decorating Visionaries
Arranging lots of materials, random objects, fairy lights and fake ivy to decorate the entire venue and car park.. at least supporting the crew to get this done together. It's all about seeing the big picture, having a crafty eye and knowing where the scissors are.

💜  Welfare, Support and First Aid
Are you keen to ensure we have people and systems in pace to support participants and staff through any emotional or physical issues that may arise, whether it's needing immediate First Aid, or finding someone to support them through something that's come up and needs attention during the weekend
