Welcome to the Questionnaire and Registration Form for the Trauma-Informed, Culturally-Sensitive Artist Training Course, which will be delivered In-Person on July 9th - 11th, 2021 at the Jack Millikin Center at the Ness Creek Site, located 20 km outside of Big River, Sk. This course is designed to enhance your understanding of arts delivery through a mental health perspective, while building well-being and resilience for arts facilitators. We are seeking information from participants to better understand unique needs and to assist with planning activities.

Registration for the course is $250. If you are an Artist, the Sask Arts Board has a grant designed to assist you with Professional Development, up to $1000. If you would like information sent to you regarding this, please indicate below.

The Ness Creek Site has campsites, cabins, and trailer rental options. It will be your responsibility to book your camping site, cabin, trailor or hotel. Details will be emailed to you containing options onsite.
