This is the Volunteer Application form for Tezal-Con 2024. All volunteers are expected to fill out this application in full, with the correct corresponding information. Thank you for your support of our show!
Volunteers will meet at 8AM CST, on March 9th, at the Daleville Convention Center. You will be trained on how to operate your area, supplied with a free volunteer shirt, and shown the rotations. You'll be working both days of the show (9th and 10th). There will be given times where you are able to walk the convention floor, so you won't be spending the entire time working.
The duty of a volunteer is to assist the show in operating, and help maintain the peace. Some duties may include, performing prop checks, selling tickets, enforcing ticket wearing at doors, walking the convention floor to assist guests, assisting cars in parking, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Under 18 year old's require parental permission.
- Able to get themselves to the center at the correct time.
Note: Volunteers may keep their Tezal-Con volunteer shirts after the convention has concluded.
