INSTRUCTIONS:
Students should sign up for 4 core classes, 4 additional "elective" courses, 2 alternate courses, and 1 preferred drop Course. If you are signing up for a semester course, make sure to select another semester course to fill up the remaining spot. Students determined to be in need of a credit recovery program or a college preparatory class may be dropped from one of their courses, so please designate a class listed under Additional Courses (#’s 5-8 on the course organizer) you would like for us to drop.

ADVANCED COURSES
Both a parent and student "acknowledgement" will be required at the end of this form and will serve as verification that the parent and student have read and signed the Honors Contract and agree to adhere to the requirements of the course, including summer work. Summer assignments are located at:

GIFTED/TALENTED
Students identified as GT should register for Advanced classes in the area of their special talent. However, if you decide not to select the Advanced/AP level in that area of special talent, your signature below indicates that your child will be furloughed or exited from the GT program.
