4. Legal basis and purpose for data processing
Processing is based on subject’s consent.
Purpose of data collection is to collect data for webinar participation.
Data will not be used for automated decision making.
5. Data to be collected and retention period
Data to be registered are: Person’s name, company/organization, e-mail address.
Data in the register will be deleted after the webinar. Retention period is approximately one month.
6. Data sources
Data in the register will be collected from the participants in the following formats: internet forms, e-mails, text messages, by phone or by personal communication.
7. Transfer of data to a non-EU/EEC country
Data may be transferred to a non-EU/EEC country. The data will be processed by InSIC members in Finland and India.
8. Protection of the data
The data in the register will be processed with care and in confidence. Only dedicated persons will process the data.
9. Rights
Person in the register has the right to check the collected data concerning themselves and demanding changing incorrect or missing information. The request has to be done in writing to the register controller.
Person in the register has the right to withdraw their consent, i.e. demand deletion of their data from the register.
Person in the registry has also other rights as specified in EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Requests have to be done in writing to the register controller. Register controller may require confirmation of personality from the person. The register controller will respond within the time specified in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (generally within 1 month)
