CS Petition
This form should be used to petition/ request an exception to a Department of Computer Science policy for one of the following reasons:

-Pre-Computer Science or Computer Science major seeking an exception to the course repeat policy.
-CS or non-CS student requesting enrollment in a CSC course without meeting the required prerequisites.
-Other CS policy

All petitions will be reviewed by the Academic Services Office committee. You will be contacted by a committee member within 10 business days. All decisions are final.
