Please note all custom orders are dealt with on a case to case basis after this form is checked. The more complex orders will require more time in advance to fulfill. The general rule of thumb is a 1 - 2 week MINIMUM notice. Custom Orders are only reviewed Monday - Friday, so if you are inquiring over the weekend please note you may not get a response until the following Monday.

2. We will contact you and ask you more details about the cake. If you aren’t sure about what designs you’d like, check out photos of what we’ve done in the past or take a look at some photos on Pinterest.com. We are happy to send some recommendations based on the event.
3. Take a look on our website www.butterybakery.com to see what flavors we offer. Some flavors won't work for certain designs so our coordinator will help you through to pick what we can do.
4. Once the details are finalized, we will take payment for the cake through either phone or in-person.
