Ecoliterate Music Pedagogies
A recent University of Alberta Killam Trust award winner for outstanding work, Stephanie Schuurman-Olson shares insights gleaned from her research in ecoliterate music pedagogies, with particular focus on listening and place-based music learning, as well as composition & improvisation activities that spotlight children’s singing voices in and with their environment. KSNS is honoured to be hosting this online workshop with Stephanie and looks forward to it with much anticipation!!
