The March for Life is quickly approaching! This amazing pilgrimage allows us to stand up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. By completing this form you are reserving one spot for that participant. A spot then will be purchased for that participant, so please make sure you plan on attending if you complete this form.

The deposit payment of $75 is due a week after registration form is completed. Due to limited spaces, we ask that you do this ASAP after registration. Final payment must be turned in no later than December 18. Please check the below box agreeing to pay that amount by the due date. *

In order to create the most prayerful and meaningful retreat experience, St. Joseph Cottleville LifeTeen has a list of expectations all participants MUST abide by. Participant, by checking each of the below boxes you agree to abide by these expectations. *

I will respect all those speaking, praying etc. by also fully participating in the activities of the retreat.

I will listen to all adults, youth ministers, retreat leaders, etc. when given directions.

I will honor curfew and gender specific cabins throughout the entirety of the retreat.

I am dedicated to both modesty and chastity, and will act accordingly during the retreat.

I will bring my cell phone for emergencies ONLY. We stress that cell phones only be used for emergencies while in DC.

If I am uncomfortable or ill I will immediately communicate with one of the retreat staff.
