Rental Space Pricing and Requirements for the STEM Lab:$150 for 2 hours and $50 each additional hour (must include set up and clean up). A staff member will be in the building the whole time. They will offer to help you set up and will help you clean up at the end of the event.
We require a $100 refundable deposit plus a 50% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your party date and schedule a staff member. If you have not been in the event space above Port Discover yet, please make sure that the space will work for what you are looking for. When renting out the space for the event, you must include at least 30 mins before and after the event for set up and clean up. Bigger events will require additional time before and after for set up and clean up.
