Glen Allan Pitch In - May 4
The Gilmore Park Community League (GPCL) invites Glen Allan neighbours to pitch in and clean up one of our neighbourhood parks on Saturday May 4, 2024. Time of day is flexible and it is approximately a 1 hour time commitment.

Gloves and garbage bags are available for volunteers, or you can bring your own. Garbage grabbers are available at the Dollar Store if desired. Litter can be placed beside garbage cans in the park of your choice, see below. We will notify Strathcona County where garbage needs to be picked up. If you come across anything dangerous i.e. needles please contact County Connect (www.strathcona.ca/countyconnect) to have it safely disposed of.

NEW this year! A long-standing Glen Allan resident will be in Gilmore Park from 10-Noon on May 4 to assist with bike repairs and to teach youth and others how to do their own repairs.  

Dressing as Star Wars Characters is optional - May the Fourth Be With Us!
