RSCA in Five: Faculty Short Talks on Big Data and Data Science - Friday, October 14, 2022, from 10:30 a.m to 1 p.m in the Student Union Meeting Room 1 A&B.
We live in the world of large and complex sets of data. The multidisciplinary field of data science explores new modes of data-driven discovery in many fields including health, the social sciences, science and engineering. We welcome talks on data science, its intersectionality with artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity and national security, the ethics of data generation and data mining and/or privacy, and using data analytics and data visualization to solve real-world problems.

This hybrid event will occur in the SJSU Student Union; light snacks will be provided. We encourage in-person attendance to maximize networking opportunities!

You will be sent a calendar invite after you RSVP and a Zoom link will be provided there.
