PULSE Alive is a large-scale performing arts event, celebrating talented students from NSW public schools in Greater Sydney and beyond. It provides high quality opportunities in music, dance, drama, visual arts and public speaking to students from all over the state.

PULSE Alive 2021 will be held on Monday 13 September at Ken Rosewall Arena, Sydney Olympic Park.

The massed dance category in PULSE Alive 2021 will involve groups of students from different NSW public schools joining together and learning the same choreography to participate in one of a number of massed dance items at the event.Each school group involved in massed dance at PULSE Alive 2021 will participate in one Dance item as well as the finale of the event.

Please note, this category of involvement is not for dance ensembles who wish to perform their own item at PULSE Alive 2021. If you wish to submit your own item for consideration at the event, you can do so here: https://forms.gle/T7HZaZq8BtS2kBJ8A.

Please note, in 2021 there is no audition video required to be part of massed dance items and no upper limit on the number of students each school can nominate. We encourage all schools to extend this opportunity to the widest range of students possible. Teachers will be informed of the final numbers accepted into the event once all applications close. This decision will be based on venue capacity for rehearsals and performances as well as ensuring access to the event is open to as many schools as possible.
