b) registered JLfest 2023 participant; and
c) a non-Japanese native speaker or citizen,

c) 日本語母語話者でもなく、日本国籍を持つ者でもない。

This form is to be filled by the team leader. Before you start,  collect the following information of your team mates beforehand.
1. Full name
2. MyKad Number/ Home state (for Malaysian)
3. Occupation/ Name of Organization
4. Email address/ mobile number (include country code, eg Malaysia +60)
5. Japanese Language level
6. JLfest Participation Confirmation Ref No

NOTE: This form is long and you may need to allocate at least 15 minutes to complete it.
