2022-2023 REQUEST FOR WALKER PASS
All walkers must obtain a Walker Pass.  A Walker Pass may be distributed to those students who will be walking to their homes (or parent's office) after school.  The home or office must fall within the boundaries of Washington and King Streets. This applies to morning drop off and afternoon pickup.  The Walker Pass is issued through the main office via this form and collected on the last day of school. An application is required and approved for each school year.  A pass from the previous year will not be honored.

NOTE:  Please complete this form on or after Monday, August 29 when homeroom assignments become available.  This form needs to be completed by Friday, September 2 so your student will get their Walker badge the 1st day of school.
