Cancellation/Rescheduling/Weather Policy
We will happily change your reservation time to accommodate you without penalty when you contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled Picnic. If you reschedule/cancel your Picnic with less than a 2 week notice will you will be allowed to have one rescheduling date.  A late fee will be applied if you are more than 30 minutes late to your scheduled event. In the case the weather does not allow us to set up outside we can always set up under a secured location such as a gazebo, indoor private residence provided by the client, or one date change. Security Deposits are Non-Refundable. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to our cancellation/rescheduling/weather policy if you choose to book a picnic with us. This form is an INQUIRY FORM the dates and time slots are not guaranteed. Please allow at least 2-7 business day for a response from our team!
