Online submission of this form is due before midnight on September 23rd, 2023.  Please note that this a partial scholarship.  The full cost of the certificate program is $550 (member)/$625 (non-member); scholarship recipients will be expected to pay $250.  All applicants (whether you received the scholarship or not) will be contacted before September 29th, 2023.

Scholarship funds are limited to three students for the 2023-2024 program.  I understand that RBG will be making a decision before September 30th, 2023 and I will receive an email at that time (whether or not I am accepted as a scholarship student). *
