Please use this form to order meals for all interested students in your classroom. Your order will automatically be communicated directly to the Food Service office and will be ready for you to pick up in your school's kitchen on the day of your trip. Field Trip Menu and Policies

Field trip order form must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to your event.

Field trip meal for ALL students: Wowbutter & Jelly Uncrustable, Fresh Fruit & Vegetables & Choice of White or Chocolate Milk

(Allergy meals provided for students with Special Dietary Accommodation Form on file)

Meals will be recorded to student accounts. Meal is free for students. Adult price is $5.25. Price for milk only is $.65.
